Hertford (kids)

Despite being a slightly shorter route, the Kids Hertford Text Trail covers the majority of the town centre, and passes by the majority of famous landmarks.

 

Difficulty: Easy

Length: 18 questions / ~1 hour / 1.7 km

Style: treasure hunt Q&A, all text message based

Perfect for: children under 6.  The majority of these questions are observational (ie the answer can be spotted in your surroundings) and relate to colours, words, and numbers.

IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that a certain amount of road-crossing is required.  Please keep an eye on younger children when crossing the road, and make sure they are not standing in the way of cars if they are helping you text back.
